Governor Bobby Jindal has declared that Louisiana will not participate in Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), despite the many advantages this expansion holds for Louisianians. AC's coalition has penned an open letter to Gov. Jindal urging participation for Louisiana.

Excitement Mounts as Super Bowl Draws Near

AC is working with GameDay, Inc. to assist with issues involving physical accessibility for people attending Super Bowl XLVII and related festivities in New Orleans in February 2013. This work has led AC to create a statewide accessibility website, AccessLouisiana, which is currently under development.
